Who we are
This website is operated by Your Business Name Charters LLC, Sample Marina, 0000 Harbor Way, Slip 00, Tampa, FL 33602. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Your Business Name Charters LLC.
What the website collects
This website has no forms, accounts, cookies or visitor analytics. You are not asked for personal information while browsing.
Our hosting provider may keep short-term technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to keep the site secure and running. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Booking and calculator pages
On the booking page, the boat, date and group size you choose are turned into a ready-made WhatsApp message inside your browser. You decide whether to send it; nothing you don't send reaches us.
The numbers in the cost per person calculator are also processed only in your browser and are not sent anywhere.
Information you give us when you contact or book
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address
- Booking details: date, group size, chosen boat or trip, and safety notes such as children's ages
- Passenger details: names of passengers where a passenger list is required
- Payment records: deposits, payments and invoices (card details are handled by our payment processor)
- Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp or email
How we use it
- To answer your booking request and confirm availability and price
- To plan your trip and follow safety and passenger limit rules on board
- To process payments, invoices and bookkeeping
- To meet legal and recordkeeping obligations
- To protect our rights in case of a dispute
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed: with the captain and crew running your trip, with our payment processor and accountant, and with government authorities when the law requires it. WhatsApp and email providers handle your messages under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for any legally required retention period, then delete or anonymize it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Maps and outside links
The map on the contact page does not load when the page opens. Only when you press Load map is the Google Maps embed requested, and Google's own privacy policy applies. The directions link also opens the map service in a separate tab.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Children's ages and sizes for life jackets are collected only from the adult making the booking.
Changes
If we add analytics or a form to the site, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required. The current version is always on this page.
